What is Sales Concierge?

Sales Concierge is a platform our agents can use to purchase leads and send out physical and digital marketing products (such as postcards, letters, flyers, emails, landing pages, etc.)

You can either purchase lists or import client lists you already own on this portal.

How to Sign-In

Go to https://www.secureloginto.app/caress and sign in with the username and password you’ve created for this site. *At the moment, Sales Concierge has been rolled out to a few agents. If you have any questions, please reach out to Matt.

FAQ

 

A: Yes. You can add clients one at a time or import a CVS or Excel file to Sales Concierge.
A: Yes. After you create and approve your flyer’s design, you can download a PDF copy.
A: Yes. When an email bounces or when someone hits “unsubscribe” on your email campaign, Sales Concierge will remove that email for you.
A: You can buy leads based on zip code, city, or county. Or you can type in an address and buy leads within X miles of that address.
A: What Sales Concierge calls a CRM is really their “Contacts” section of the portal. You can use “Tags” and “Filters” to categorize your contacts, but if you are looking for a robust CRM, we recommend Agencybloc.
A: Click on the person icon at the top right of the page. Update the profile with your contact information and logo.
